INTRODUCTION

The country villa "Il Palazzotto" dates back to the 18th century, when it was the manor house of this small Etruscan village set in the classic Sienese landscape of cypress-lined avenues, castles and farms with vineyards and olive groves.

The location of il Palazzotto is 30km south from Siena giving you easy access for daytrips to all over Tuscany including Florence. Brunello vine is grown in this region of historic towns and monasteries along the ancient Roman and pilgrim roads.

The villa sleeps 12 people with 6 double bedrooms and 6 baths.

The 2 level masonry villa opens out to a vast terrace garden with terra cotta planters and vine shaded pergolas. Here you can enjoy candle-lit dining "al fresco" with sunset views.
Il Palazzotto also offers guests the option to have classic Tuscan meals produced by its onsite staff (Bruschette Toscane, Zuppa di farro, Crostini di milza e tartufo, etc.)

A few step up on the adjacent terrace is the private 30 foot long swimming pool and a sunbathing area overlooking the Crevole river valley.

This property has 200 acres of land including natural Mediterranean woods.
